📜 Course Description

ROBT 206 is the foundational course in the Robotics and Mechatronics Program. This 8-credit course includes two 75-minute (or three 50-minute) lectures weekly and a three-hour lab session. The course focuses on the fundamentals of logic, computer system design, and practical microcontroller programming.

The curriculum covers Boolean algebra, combinational and sequential logic circuit design, computer design basics, instruction set concepts, and microcontroller peripherals. The laboratory sessions provide hands-on programming experience using FPGA boards and various electronic components.
